Door Buddy

Door Buddy Adjustable Door Strap Prop

They say necessity is the mother of invention and that is exactly how the Door Buddy came to be. Litter Boxes, cat food, and the water bowl all seemed to be magnets for our little one. A child gate seemed like a solution but was more trouble that it was worth. A fruitless online search led us to conclude that there needed to be a cost-effective easy solution. After much brainstorming the Door Buddy was born.

Easy to install and easy to use, Door Buddy keeps your dogs and little ones out of places they shouldn’t be and still allows your cat to have easy access to his litter box, food, and water! We proudly make Door Buddy here within the USA.

The Problem:

Life with cats and dogs is awesome and rewarding and fun. But, I am sure that all pet owners can agree that it can be a challenge and stressful sometimes.

Most people may not understand this, but some dogs are obsessed with kitty litter and love eating cat poop. Yuck!

Others are constantly ransacking the cat food and getting into places they shouldn't be.

Then there are those that, well, just want to play play play and won't leave your cat alone for their "required" peaceful and quiet nap time. And we know that cats love their nap time!

 The Solution:

Door Buddy is an Adjustable Door Strap that holds your door in a slightly open position allowing cats to easily enter and exit the room as they want while dogs (if slightly larger than cat) cannot fit through and are therefore kept out.

Door Buddy is non-invasive, simple to use, convenient and installs in seconds.

 Why Door Buddy:

Because it is simple, convenient and it works! Use the adjuster to customize the width of the door opening (typically between 2" to 6") to work with the exact sizes of your cat and dog.

It is perfect for pet owners that just don't want to deal with the hassle of a pet gate or for those who are not ready for the daunting task of cutting a permanent hole in their door to install a cat door.
